School Health Hub Expansion

Expression of Interest

Bradford’s School Health Hubs pilot has demonstrated what is possible when schools, NHS partners, community organisations and families work together. We are now exploring the next phase of expansion across the Bradford district.

We are inviting schools, trusts, health organisations, voluntary and community sector partners, and other stakeholders to register their interest in being involved in future School Health Hubs.

Why get involved?

The School Health Hub model provides:

  • A better front door to Early Help
  • Earlier identification of SEND and health needs
  • Stronger safeguarding through multi-agency working
  • Less fragmentation between education, CAMHS, paediatrics, primary care and family support
  • A trusted, familiar setting that removes barriers to access for families

Who are we looking to hear from?

Whether you are interested in hosting a Hub, contributing services, supporting delivery, or exploring future partnership opportunities, we would welcome hearing from you. This includes:

  • Schools and academy trusts
  • NHS teams and health organisations
  • Voluntary and community sector organisations
  • Local authority partners
  • Research and evaluation partners

Register your interest

While funding for wider expansion has not yet been confirmed, gathering Expressions of Interest now will help inform future planning, strengthen partnership discussions and ensure we are well positioned to move forward quickly when opportunities arise.

Submitting an Expression of Interest does not commit your organisation to participation and does not guarantee future funding or involvement. It simply helps us understand levels of interest and potential opportunities for collaboration.
