Turning Strategy Into Action for Bradford’s Children
Our work turns strategy into action – connecting people, places, research and resources to improve life chances for children across Bradford.
We focus on real-world delivery through schools and communities, backed by evidence and driven by collaboration. From place-based partnerships to system-wide reform, everything we do is about making change happen where it matters most.
How We Work
At the heart of our approach is the belief that schools are powerful anchor institutions in our communities – but they can’t do it alone. Our work connects schools with public health, social care, voluntary sector partners, researchers, and community voices to address the challenges that affect children beyond the school gates.
We work in three interconnected areas:
Place-Based Partnerships
Working in Keighley, Holme Wood, and Manningham & Girlington, we bring partners together to co-design local solutions to local challenges.
System-Wide Initiatives
We tackle big, district-wide issues that affect all schools – like SEND reform and teacher workforce development – through shared strategy and coordinated delivery.
Research & Evidence
In partnership with CAER and others, we use cutting-edge research and data to shape decisions, test interventions, and measure impact.
