Current Opportunity: Act Locally Operations Manager
Location: Bradford (Frizinghall HQ & community-based work)
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
Contract: Up to 3 years (Full Time)
Closing date: 9am, Monday 8 September 2025
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our flagship Act Locally programme. You’ll bring schools, communities, and local services together to improve outcomes for children and young people.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, empowering communities, and delivering meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Act Locally programme across Bradford
- Coordinate partnerships and support collaborative projects
- Champion the voices of children and young people in every decision
- Develop models and toolkits to share our approach
- Support funding bids and sustainability of the programme
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community and partnership engagement
- Confidence in managing complex relationships and networks
- Skilled at facilitating multi-sector meetings
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Fundraising experience and collaborative project development
